Vitamins Help Treat Depression

Researchers in Finland are conducting tests to confirm their hypothesis that patients suffering from depression responded much better to treatment when they had high levels of Vitamin B12 in their blood.

Do you think that most depression is based on a person's diet? If some depression can be remedied by B12, I am wondering if maybe people that have a vegetarian diet are more susceptible to depression. I know that B12 is a concern for the vegetarian diet. Just a thought...
